TAC series with an unparalleled air volume regulation

Two factors always cause problems when storing all kinds of goods: dust and humidity. Both damage surfaces and packaging and can render entire pallets or stocks unsaleable by causing them to become soaked, dirty or mouldy. Trotec air cleaners and dehumidifiers ensure consistent air quality in depots and dispatch warehouses.

The Trotec Group provides different dehumidification solutions – from the condensation dehumidifiers of the DH series to the adsorption dryers of the TTR series. Both are available as mobile and stationary versions. We offer the right dehumidification technology for every depot or dispatch warehouse. Innovative measuring devices and data loggers complete the dehumidification concept for storage facilities and transport zones. 

Dry air sees to low dew points in the warehouse

The objective of all dehumidification measures in warehouses is the reduction of the dew point so that condensation is slowed down and packaging does not soak up. The less the air is saturated with humidity, the lower is the dew point: At 10 °C and a relative humidity of 45 % RH, for instance, it amounts to approx. -1.1 °C.

Mobile air cleaners of the TAC series for dust class H

Dust, mould spores and bacteria are filtered from the air using industrial air cleaners of the TAC series. Due to the approval for dust class H or when using HEPA filters H13 they can also be applied in very contaminated warehouses. By means of a few technical characteristics, the TAC series defines an entirely new generation of professional air cleaners with a wide range of applications in depots or dispatch warehouses. 

Unique Vario-shift function and FlowMatic control 

As the only air cleaners for mobile applications on the market, only the TAC devices are equipped for a fast change of position of fan and HEPA unit (Vario-shift function) meaning you can re-arrange the filter ladders in line with demand in the required sequence for standard or cleanroom applications at any time. Both mobile devices TAC 5000 and TAC 6500 are further characterized by the sensor-supported FlowMatic control for automatic retention of the preselected air volume which ensures consistent filter efficiency.
